One option is to receive the list and send it yourself, while the other allows it to be deployed on your behalf.

2.) EMAIL Deployment Option

All email addresses are processed to verify deliverability, and IP addresses are checked for legitimacy. We also follow all CAN-SPAM laws and suppress opt-outs in compliance with the CAN-SPAM guidelines established for business data.
Pricing for email campaigns can differ greatly depending on specific demographics and who and where they are worldwide. Traditionally, the more Volume, the cheaper per record it gets.

We recommend one initial blast followed by two follow-up blasts spaced one to two weeks apart, as repeated exposure works very well.
Pricing includes testing the email, deploying it, and a series of tracking reports. We also run your subject line through spam check and proofread your creative. You will not receive the email records. We will conduct the blast/deployment for you through our service bureau.
Opt-in Email Requirements to move forward:
You would need to supply us with your HTML creative. Our supplier can usually get your test out within 24-48 hours after receiving your creative. They can deploy the email campaign within 24-48 hours if you approve it. Two to three days after the deployment, you will receive a tracking report that shows the number of people who opened it, how many people clicked it, and which links they clicked on. For best results, we recommend Tuesday to Thursday for business email campaigns.
